BG Christian is a religious educational ministry, permitted to discriminate on the basis of religion. Employment is open to qualified individuals who are Christians of good character. All prospective and current employees must agree with BG Christian's mission statement, and they must be willing to conduct their lives in conformity with the school’s Statement of Faith, Declaration of Moral Integrity, and Standards of Conduct and Belief.
As a requirement of employment, all employees are required to obtain a baseline BCI and FBI background check once every five (5) years*, as long as the employee does not move out of state during that time. *Background check requirements are determined by the Ohio Department of Education.
